Last time I read a Dee Henderson book, I decided she wasn't my favorite author. That was several years ago, so when I recently ran out of things to read and my Mom picked this up, I thought I'd give it a try. Sadly, my opinion hasn't changed. I really want to like her! Her books look interesting. They're just too...sappy for me. Touch must be her Love Language because her characters touch a lot. If you like that kind of thing, you'll be in heaven! I just felt a little suffocated. I have to give her credit, though, because she does things I think a lot of other authors shy away from. This is the second book of hers that hasn't pulled the emotional punches.
