Disappointing. I thought this book was going to tie up all of Incarceron's loose ends, but it just left them loose and mangled. I thought Finn (Prince Giles) and Claudia were going to fall in love and have a romantic moment, but no. Only an empty, awkward friendship. I can't imagine what kind of marriage they will have... Keiro and Attia didn't have a romantic moment either, despite the fact that Keiro wound up liking Attia near the end. The story gets confusing towards the middle, LOTS of details, and I don't like all the Point Of View switching. As for the Years of Rage, um what happened? What happened to the moon that altered it? And Jared? He combined minds with Sapphique and the prison? Was Sapphique only a legend and a vision of Escape? And how is a prison supposed to be a paradise? In the end, I enjoyed the book, but it only made me say HUH?
