I agree with the person below who states that the information in the book is not straightforward or well organized. Also, I find the "tricks" to losing weight a little "eating disorder" like. For example, giving yourself a BINGE day. I understand treating yourself every once in a while will keep you motivated, but that isn't what Ferriss is telling you to do...he is literally telling you to eat whatever you want, as much as you want once per week-- just drink a lot of water while you do that. Seems a little insane for me. I personally wouldn't recommend this book, there are others that are more health oriented and easier to follow: Skinny Bitch and Jillian Michaels: Master Your Metabolism.
