An amazing album. Blink 182 perfectly captures teenage emotions and puts it to energetically strummed chords and catchy melodies that straddle the worlds of pop and rock. The general mood of the album is playful, as you can tell from the title and album cover. Notable tracks include First Date, a cute song about the nervousness of a first date, as well as The Rock Show, an upbeat song about a girl. The goof-off band Blink is, they also show a more mature and thoughtful side of themselves with Stay Together For The Kids, as both lead singers Mark Hoppus and Tom Delonge grew up with divorced parents. What Went Wrong is also a great break-up song, describing the resentment in looking back on a failed relationship. My favorite song from this album is the legendary The Anthem Part 2, about being rebellious and blaming the system. I like this song particularly because it's subtle rebellion, without jumping on a table and screaming "ANARCHY!" I highly recommend this album to anyone who is a fan of pop, rock, or any genre who wants to listen to some relatable, catchy tunes by a great band.
