Georges St. Pierre, arguably the greatest pound-for-pound fighter in the history of MMA has arguably written the best "page-for-page" sports book. What makes this book different is that it isn't the standard biography; St. Pierre to my surprise is quite a deep individual, quoting a diverse number of philosophers from Confucius to Bruce Lee. And even if you aren't a fan of the UFC, there is a lot of transferable information and techniques you can use no matter what your interests are, such as positive visualization. Divided into five sections, the book starts out reflecting on St. Pierre's earlier days in Montreal and finishes in 2012 after his recovery from ACL surgery. Any prospective MMA fighter needs to read this book and learn from one of the absolute best in the sport.

Pretty interesting. Nice and humble guy. This book was more about his philosophy of training. I would like to know more about his personal life and diet and exercise.
