I very much like his attitude to training in terms of duration and weight bearing/cardio mix. His "diet" however is of particular concern. It is neither healthy or sustainable for the long tem. He relies overmuch on supplements and protein powder mixes as food. His acceptable food list is ridiculously restrictive and unhealthy: no fruit, no dairy, no carbs. Only 6 or 7 vegetables are allowed. I suppose if you were training for a bodybuilding competition, this would be your diet. Otherwise, it's not likely to be sustainable.
