Best cookbook I’ve come across honestly for this awesome “grain”! The cookbook has a variety of recipes for different diets but there are enough fully vegan and almost vegan ones available that I will probably purchase this to have on hand at home all the time. I found it easy to flip thru with clearly marked pages for vegan, vegetarian etc. lots of different flavors to play with not just all curries (although there’s a little of that too and it’s yummy!). Everything I made was excellent even when I subbed one or two ingredients for what I had on hand. This book has the added benefit of being a positive project that was undertaken as a labor of love by Canadian woman. What’s not to love!❤️
