Published in 2011, "Infernal Angels" is the 21st novel in the Amos Walker hardboiled private eye series. The plot was built around two ideas. The first idea was the U.S. federal government mandating that television broadcast signals had to be digital. Viewers with analog television sets had to buy electronic boxes that converted the digital broadcast signals to analog signals. The second idea was the metal salvagers who stripped copper piping and wiring from abandoned buildings in Detroit.

Unfortunately, the plot doesn't flow. IMHO, I would rate "Infernal Angels" at only 3.50 stars.
