High School Musical 3

High school graduation is right around the corner, but Troy and Gabriella still have very tough decisions for their future--to follow their minds or follow their hearts. Songs, plot twists, dancing, friends, and a final musical complete the amazing ending to the HSM trilogy. First of all, before deciding whether or not you should watch this movie, I strongly recommend watching the first two in the series. They will give a bigger introduction to the characters and tie in the last movie more effectively. So to start off my review, I will explain the plot. The movie starts off with the same group--Gabriella, Troy, Sharpay, Ryan, Chad, Taylor, and Kelsey. They know the year is coming to an end, but they decide to make the most of it, and do one last musical which they called, "Senior Year." In it, they capture, through song, all the fears for the future, doubts, happy times, memories and decisions that come along with graduating. Along the way of preparing for the big show, Gabriella and Troy both face some tough decisions. Gabriella gets accepted into a school that's far away from Troy, and she doesn't know if she should accept, or go to a school nearby. Troy is faced with the decision to pursue his dad's dream for him and play basketball, or follow his heart and start a singing career as well. In my opinion, High School Musical 3 was one of my favourite movies. It was fun and enjoyable. Although many critics must've watched the movie and not have enjoyed it, I loved it as a child! I fell in love with all three movies and the characters, and I loved singing along. I am 14 years old, and to this day, my friends and I remember all the lyrics and sing the songs. It was a part of our childhood, and I find it sad to think that lots of kids nowadays don't even know what "High School Musical" is. That's why I definitely recommend this for little kids (little girls specifically). I'm sure that if they still enjoy animated movies or other Disney Channel movies, they'll love this series and especially this last movie. And that is my review. I hope that if you decide to watch High School Musical 3 after reading this review, you enjoy it as much as I did!
