The strawberry jam recipe (no bake) is right up my alley, and works for other berries too (it's just a freezer jam). Some exotic recipes for jalapeƱo jelly, mango jam, pineapply jam, canteloup jam, etc., but all require sterilization, so I'll still with the freezer jam recipe.
