After watching Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall online. The River Cottage series is a very nice program and upon watching it I wanted to see the recipes more in depth. The pasties recipes are very good as well as the roast breast of lamb with lemon and apricots.
The vegetable and fruit recipes in this book are great -- try the Mushy squash, which tastes fantastic, or the spiced fig compote. Fun, basic family fare that's equally suited to company.
