Absolutely breathtaking, both in the footage and the concepts they present!

Like most IMAX films, this is a bit light in content. My own fault, somehow I got it in my head that this was an episode of Nova and so I was a bit disappointed; I'm also not a fan of Leonardo DiCaprio as a narrator. It was still an enjoyable watch, as the photography is, of course, technically top-notch and the subject is fascinating.

“Hubble” : I agree that Hubble may be humanity's most outstanding and awesome accomplishment. This “back stage” view was interesting and informative. The enormity of space that hubble has given me in a glimpse is what I sought more (NASA Hubble Gallery.org). There are concepts that are beyond human comprehension: space is one of them: 100's of billions of solar SYSTEMS, 100's of billions LIGHT YEARS' distant; gases and dust particles swirling and colliding in a vacuum to produce stars and planets that retain their energy, perhaps attract or produce more energy, and at their “death” all that energy explodes back into the vacuum in rushing winds of energy, gas and particles. A look on the formulating history of existence. In all of this incomprehensible space is it possible there is NOT another self-aware energy-particle amalgam?! Life is precious; awareness of life is evidently a universal rarity – singularity? ??
