Quick and easy recipes by some of the more popular food network stars. Each recipe has a picture and the book lays flat when it's opened. Bonus features are the last two chapters: Side dishes and 10-minute desserts. Mostly meat dishes but a few are vegetarian or vegan.

What great cookbook. The recipes are as the title says, fun and fast. Also love the photographs all the recipes look delicious.
