Yes, you too can be earth shakingly evil enough to RULE THE WORLD... MUHAHAHAHA!!!
Your first lesson for the day is the creation and proper use of the Evil Laugh. This comes in handy when you want your evil intentions to be startlingly clear. The stance is important: hands on hips, head thrown back, no snorting (it takes away from the evil vibe). Then you let fly with a spine chillingly evil laugh. Easy! Employ the evil laugh wherever and whenever extra terror is needed.
Vordak the Incomprehensible took time out of his day (which is way more important than your day) to give you the tools you'll need to take over the world. The laugh, the stance, the cape, the minions, it's all here in one glorious book. For all those who have Big Dreams about ruling the world this is the book that will help them achieve truly evil glory!
With tongue firmly in cheek author Scott Seegert presents a very funny and often cringe-worthy How To book of evil. Kids will eat it up and parents will wonder why their children have started wearing capes and laughing in a freakishly evil manner.

I know why Commander Virtue hates Vordak the Incomprehensible so much!!! Commander Virtue is really Vordak's younger brother Kyle! It makes sense, trust me.

Vordak the Incomprehensible has written a manual to help aspiring super-villains rule the world. Filled with tips on minions, evil lairs and superheroes, the guide will help young evil-doers avoid some of the pitfalls that Vordak has tripped over, I mean, avoided.

Written with a strong sense of humour by Scott Seegert, this book will appeal to the reluctant reader. Worth picking up.

Vordak is hilariously over the top evil. He's so evil he's ridiculous and impossible not to love! Great for reluctant readers.
