Absolutely and utterly weak and miserable. As an avid reader, i detest stories that are too predictable and trite. Obviously there is a measure of predictability to most stories but this one was soo intense i predicted the next line and next thought. EPIC FAIL. In the first few chapters i knew this book was directed to a "specific" audience--everything down to the meddlesome and annoying character Margaret verified this. I wonder are people really this sappy and pedestrian? there was no believable depth at all! Instead it was rewritten characters and a recycled plot, something we've all read before. SO I checked the author out and discovered that she has book deals with Harlequin. And that my friend, explains everything.
