This book is for an adolescent/adult audience and is an exceptional resource no matter where you live! It gives less information on the individual things you see in the night sky, but covers the basic information. What makes it a great resource, though, is that it provides a month by month view of the sky for both the northern and southern hemispheres, including latitudinal lines with beautiful close up views of some of the more exciting stars/planets you will see during that time.
