Add a CommentI thought this book was strange, for lack of a better word. I don't know if the author intended to do so, but it came across almost like a cartoon representation of the police department in Richmond, Virginia and most of the characters could have been played by toddlers in a daycare
Not up to the Scarpetta series standard. Didn't finish it.
